Arthur R. Mosel, Jr. President

Arthur R. Mosel Jr. President of Gi4, LLC, brings a wealth of experience and leadership. Prior to this role, Mr. Mosel served for 28 years in Federal Government service, including in the U.S. Marshals Service and as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. he used his degree in Criminology to serve in various Military Police positions, including Command, Provost Marshal, and Confinement Facility Warden. As a Reservist, he was deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

In addition to his military service, Mr. Mosel also served in various positions in the U.S. Marshals Service, ranging from Deputy U.S. Marshal to Program Chief. He specialized in Judicial Security and Tactical Operations as a Special Response Team Leader and Tactical Medic. His career in the U.S. Marshal Service culminated as a Program Chief (GS-15) for the Office of Crisis Services in the Tactical Operations Division at U.S. Marshals Service Headquarters.

In addition to being President of Gi4, Mr. Mosel continues to serve as the FEMA Regional Preparedness Liaison Officer as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Rodney Caswell, Executive Vice President

In 2017, Mr. Rodney Caswell joined Gi4 to lead business development and program operations. A 25-year IT industry professional with over 20 years of Federal Government experience he has led highly visible programs for the IRS, HUD, USAF, and VA. Based in the National Capitol Region, Mr. Caswell is the former Chief Operating Officer of a highly successful Veteran Owned Business that grew to over 500 employees before its graduation from small business. Rodney's IT background grew from managing CRM initiatives for DaimlerChrysler, to call center transformation at the IRS. His combined skills of customer care and information technology has led to patient care, and user-experience in a health IT setting.

Heather Edwards, Chief Financial Officer

Heather Edwards joined Gi4 in 2016 after having served as CFO in another high-growth SDVOSB firm. There, she served for ten years during their growth from less than $1M annual revenue to a peak of $80M. In recognition of her efforts, Heather has earned titles and awards such as “VIP Woman of the Year in Government Contracting” and “Professional Woman of the Year in Financial Management” by the National Association of Professional Women, among other distinctions in the field.
