TRAINING SUPPORT

Training is the key to personal professional development and cultural transformation. Gi4 provides instructional systems design, classroom training, synchronous and asynchronous online training, and tools that facilitate a modern learning environment. Our experience ranges from counseling military service members on their VA benefits to end-user IT skills to cultural transformation programs. We resell cloud-based animation tools (Vyond) to help with rapid training module development.

As part of our work managing projects at the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center (FSC), the Gi4 team develops training modules so the people using the software we help develop can use it easily and efficiently.

Gi4 uses multiple media formats to both create direct end-user training and to help train the trainer.
